PRIVACY POLICY FOR AXEL WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS
Introduction
At AXEL, we have always prioritized the privacy and security of our users. In fact, our corporate mission from inception has been to go beyond legal requirements to protect user data. We also do not access files or information that you share using AXEL’s software applications. We have never sold any data concerning any of our users or any of our website visitors to a third party.
AXEL remains committed to protecting data concerning our users, including any user data shared with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information AXEL tracks concerning the users of its applications and the visitors to its websites.

Data Collection and Use
By visiting any AXEL website and using any AXEL application (including but not limited to the AXEL Network, an AXEL Wallet, LetMeSee, AXEL file sharing software, and any other applications previously released or to be released in the future by AXEL), you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with the terms set out herein, please do not use AXEL’s applications or visit AXEL’s websites.
AXEL may collect, record, and analyze information concerning visitors to its websites. AXEL may record a visitor’s IP address and pageview activity. AXEL may use this data to track data about visits to its website, including the number of visitors and visits, geographical location data, the length of time spent on the website, the pages clicked on, and where visitors came from.
The purpose of this data collection is to communicate with visitors and to improve AXEL’s websites by analyzing how visitors navigate them.
In addition to through its websites, AXEL may collect and use your personal data through interactions with AXEL on social media, or when you contact us offline, for example, by mail, email, telephone, telegram, or other electronic methods. AXEL may monitor and record such communications.
AXEL also collects data concerning the users of its applications. For example, any information that you may provide to create an AXEL account (such as an email address), will be retained by AXEL. AXEL also collects IP addresses, and the activities of its users, both on an individual and aggregate level. For example, AXEL may monitor and collect how often a user uses an AXEL platform and what activities the user engages in on an AXEL platform. With respect to IP addresses, such collection is in part to assist with the authentication of users.
AXEL may also collect data by requesting that you input it. For example, AXEL may ask you to provide your name and/or email address. If AXEL asks that you fill in a form, then the information you fill in will be collected. The purpose of this data collection is to communicate with the individual that provides the information.
If you are asked by AXEL to complete an AML/KYC process, for example, as part of an AXEL promotion, then AXEL may provide certain information to a third-party AML/KYC vendor in order to identify those individuals that are to complete the process. AXEL will not receive the information that you provide to any AML/KYC vendor, other than information sufficient to identify the status of the AML/KYC process for those users that have commenced the process and whether they have passed AML/KYC. Please note that an AML/KYC vendor will have its own privacy policy. For example, one vendor that AXEL uses, KABN, has a privacy policy posted on its own website kabn.network.
AXEL does not share any personal data concerning the users of its websites or applications with anyone. AXEL may share aggregated information concerning the number of visitors to its site, their usage of the website, and their geographical location with third parties.
AXEL may use the information collected to manage our relationship with you (for example, if you directly contact us), to monitor, measure, improve, and protect our content, website, and other services, to test our website, and to perform statistical analysis on an aggregate basis.
AXEL may disclose information in its possession to third parties, for example, to governmental authorities, if it is required to do so by law or a court of competent jurisdiction.
AXEL may engage services to advertise on its websites or in its applications at its discretion. These advertising services may collect their own data. For example, an individual may have advertising identification information collected that is used to provide more relevant advertising to a particular individual. On its websites, AXEL uses AdSense by Google. AdSense uses cookies and provides advertisements that are targeted to site content and audience. These advertisements are maintained by Google. AdSense is subject to its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which is available from Google.
Data Retention and Deletion
AXEL will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. Any personal information AXEL does possess is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only. We also collect some site, application and service statistics such as access rates, page hits and page views. We are not able to identify any individual from traffic data or site statistics.
